Good morning, good morning! A noontime recording today brings a
sense of both stillness and urgency. So much is going through our
minds these days that we cannot simply ignore, but when we want to
quiet our minds, we can choose to allow our thoughts to wash over
us, at least for a few minutes. Swim in the ocean of your thoughts.
Allow them to pass in waves. Slow down. Calm down. Close your eyes
and let your mind release.
